Advanced induction custom grind cam!! 500 miles!

I have a like new custom grind advanced induction camshaft out of "slowgoat's" old ls2 short block. Cam has less than 500 miles on it! Specs are: Advanced Induction 226/234 .602 .602 lift 112lsa cam. Grind was done by comp cams and helped his GTO get 10.40s on a stock bottom end with a 200 shot!! Here is a link to the car it was in, 10.41 pass:

i guess?? He held some records for fastest on stock ls2 short block for a while. Its ok cause the car is just under 900hp now!!! 888 on one of the two nitrous stages, can't keep the tires on the dyno with the second stage. 400 shot with both stages on. 10 second passes are not cheap or easy to get! The jump from 12s or 13s to 10s or even 11s to 10s is a lot of work and money. I think full trim street cars that can pull off a couple of 10 second passes and drive home are pretty impresive. Funner to watch than million dollar backed nitro cars at least.

I am not to big on dyno numbers. Actual track numbers mean alot more than anything.

I would venture to guess that it was in the 625-650 range at the rear tires though an A4

I wish!! Rings and bearings on the motor are gonna cost me 430.00 just in parts!! Then i have to polish the crank and balance the ass. Motor looked great inside though! just want it to be perfect since its goin in my daily.

i sold that cam in 5 minutes and then i still had like 10 phone calls after i posted that it was sold lol. nice grind i guess lol. trying to figure out a good cam to put back in, need some low end torque for towing but i still wanna race it a little bit lol. may spray it with a 100 hit after i get my 4l80 swap done too.

I am very glad the the engine looked good upon disassembly.
