valve spring help

I am debating a 4.8 build just for a basic build in the blazer. I got to looking but I am coming up dry what springs would I have to run to run a z06 cam in that motor. I am not looking for anything crazy just a nice 300 hp build to drive during the winter when the weather is too crappy to take the regal to and from laramie for classes.

I look around and get 2 diff answers one says the cam is too big for the 4.8 and has too much lift the other says it is ok just needs bigger springs. since I am new help me out so i can build a reliable setup till I am out of college

Just pick up a set of yellow z06 springs, if you want to go bigger then get PRC duals.

z06 cam should fit any ls based motor.
