I picked up a pontiac G6 about a month ago. (I know, should have gone with the G8 GT) I have to admit, the G6 is not a bad little daily driver. Its the V6 so it has about 200 hp and the ride/steering feels great. I have been getting about 28 mpg as well.

I hope your 2001 Pontiac is the same.

It has been a good little car. Easy to drive, handles okay, enough power to get into traffic, and comfortable.
Starting to have some minor issues...but I suppose that is expected at 119K miles.

Oh well, I have the slow T/A in case I need it....
